🌰🐟 Groundnut Fish Sauce with Rice Balls (10m+)
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons groundnut paste (unsweetened)

1/2 cup cooked boneless fish (e.g., tilapia or mackerel)

1 tablespoon onion (finely chopped)

1 teaspoon vegetable or palm oil

1/2 cup soft cooked rice (molded into small balls)

A little water (to adjust sauce consistency)
Instructions:

Sauté onions
In a small saucepan, heat oil and sauté onions until translucent. -
Add groundnut paste
Stir in groundnut paste with a little water and simmer gently for 3–5 minutes. -
Add fish
Flake in the cooked fish and stir well into the sauce. Let it simmer for 2–3 more minutes. -
Serve with rice balls
Mold soft cooked rice into baby-sized balls and serve with the warm sauce. -
Cool & serve
Ensure it’s at baby-safe temperature before feeding.
