Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Dr. Annie Yellow Corn with Dates Mix (or soft cornmeal)

2 tablespoons soft mashed kenkey (white kenkey)

ยฝโ1 cup water, breast milk, or formula (adjust for thickness)

A pinch of baby-friendly spice (e.g., nutmeg or cinnamon โ optional)

Mash the Kenkey:

Use a fork to mash kenkey until smooth.

Mix with a little warm water to loosen texture.

Prepare Corn Base:

In a saucepan, combine corn mix with water or milk and stir to form a smooth paste.

Cook on low heat, stirring continuously until it thickens.

Combine & Simmer:

Add mashed kenkey to the cooked corn porridge.

Stir well and simmer together for another 2โ3 minutes for a well-blended porridge.
