Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Dr. Annie Yellow Corn with Dates Mix (or cooked soft corn porridge)

1 teaspoon Dr. Annie Fish Powder (or finely flaked boneless cooked fish)

½–1 cup water, breast milk, or baby-friendly fish broth (for desired consistency)

A drop of vegetable oil or unsalted butter (optional)

Prepare Corn Base:

Mix corn powder with water and cook on low heat while stirring, OR use well-cooked soft corn porridge.

Simmer until smooth and creamy.

Add Protein:

Stir in fish powder or mashed boneless fish.

Add a drop of oil or butter for flavor and healthy fat (optional).

Simmer for 1–2 minutes to blend.
