🌽🐟 Corn and Fish Blend (7+ months)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Dr. Annie Yellow Corn with Dates Mix (or cooked soft corn porridge)

  • 1 teaspoon Dr. Annie Fish Powder (or finely flaked boneless cooked fish)

  • ½–1 cup water, breast milk, or baby-friendly fish broth (for desired consistency)

  • A drop of vegetable oil or unsalted butter (optional)


👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prepare Corn Base:

    • Mix corn powder with water and cook on low heat while stirring, OR use well-cooked soft corn porridge.

    • Simmer until smooth and creamy.

  2. Add Protein:

    • Stir in fish powder or mashed boneless fish.

    • Add a drop of oil or butter for flavor and healthy fat (optional).

    • Simmer for 1–2 minutes to blend.

  3. Cool & Serve:

    • Let the blend cool slightly.

    • Serve warm in a baby-friendly bowl.
