🌾🌴 Rice Oats Dates Porridge (6m+)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons Dr. Annie Rice Oats Dates Mix (or a blend of cooked rice, oats, and soft dates)

  • 1/2 cup water or breast milk/formula (for cooking)


Instructions:

  1. Prepare the mix
    In a small saucepan, combine the mix with water or milk. Stir well.

  2. Cook gently
    Simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring often to prevent lumps.

  3. Blend (if needed)
    For younger babies, blend into a smooth purée. Add more liquid to adjust consistency.

  4. Cool & serve
    Allow to cool before feeding.
