🌾🌴 Rice Oats Dates Porridge (6m+)
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Dr. Annie Rice Oats Dates Mix (or a blend of cooked rice, oats, and soft dates)

1/2 cup water or breast milk/formula (for cooking)
Instructions:

Prepare the mix
In a small saucepan, combine the mix with water or milk. Stir well. -
Cook gently
Simmer over low heat for 5–7 minutes, stirring often to prevent lumps. -
Blend (if needed)
For younger babies, blend into a smooth purée. Add more liquid to adjust consistency. -
Cool & serve
Allow to cool before feeding.
