🌾🍌 Chia Oats Banana Blend (6m+)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats

  • 1/2 ripe banana (mashed)

  • 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (soaked in 1 tbsp warm water for 10 minutes)

  • 1/2 cup water or breast milk/formula


Instructions:

  1. Cook oats
    Simmer oats in water or milk for 5–7 minutes until soft.

  2. Add banana
    Stir in mashed banana while porridge is still warm.

  3. Add chia gel
    Mix in soaked chia seeds and combine well.

  4. Blend or mash (optional)
    For a smoother texture, blend the mixture until creamy.

  5. Cool & serve
    Let the blend cool to baby-safe temperature.
