🌾🍌 Chia Oats Banana Blend (6m+)
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons rolled oats

1/2 ripe banana (mashed)

1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (soaked in 1 tbsp warm water for 10 minutes)

1/2 cup water or breast milk/formula
Instructions:

Cook oats
Simmer oats in water or milk for 5–7 minutes until soft. -
Add banana
Stir in mashed banana while porridge is still warm. -
Add chia gel
Mix in soaked chia seeds and combine well. -
Blend or mash (optional)
For a smoother texture, blend the mixture until creamy. -
Cool & serve
Let the blend cool to baby-safe temperature.
