Ingredients:

3 tablespoons Dr. Annie Oats Powder (or blended rolled oats)

½ ripe banana (mashed)

1 egg yolk (optional for protein boost)

2 tablespoons breast milk, formula, or water

A pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Mix Ingredients:

In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

Add oats powder, egg yolk, and milk/water.

Mix to form a thick batter.

Cook the Pancakes:

Heat a non-stick pan over low heat.

Drop 1-tablespoon portions of batter into the pan.

Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and firm.
