🌾🍌 Oats Banana Pancakes (8+ months)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Dr. Annie Oats Powder (or blended rolled oats)

  • ½ ripe banana (mashed)

  • 1 egg yolk (optional for protein boost)

  • 2 tablespoons breast milk, formula, or water

  • A pinch of cinnamon (optional)


👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Mix Ingredients:

    • In a bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

    • Add oats powder, egg yolk, and milk/water.

    • Mix to form a thick batter.

  2. Cook the Pancakes:

    • Heat a non-stick pan over low heat.

    • Drop 1-tablespoon portions of batter into the pan.

    • Cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and firm.

  3. Cool & Serve:

    • Let pancakes cool.

    • Cut into bite-size pieces or serve whole for self-feeding.
