Ingredients:

2 tablespoons Dr. Annie Hausa Koko Powder

2 tablespoons millet flour (or finely sieved cooked millet porridge)

½–1 cup water or baby-friendly broth (adjust for thickness)

A drop of vegetable oil or unsalted butter (optional)

Prepare the Millet Base:

If using millet flour, mix with a little cold water to form a smooth paste.

Stir over low heat, gradually adding warm water while stirring continuously until thick and stretchy.

If using cooked millet, blend or mash into a fine, smooth paste.

Add Hausa Koko:

In a separate pot, mix Hausa koko powder with water and cook into a light, thick paste.

Combine with the millet mixture, stirring until well incorporated.

Finish the Fufu:

Continue stirring over low heat until the mix becomes soft, smooth, and stretchy like fufu.

Add a drop of oil or butter if desired for added calories and smoothness.
