🍅🍗 Tomato & Chicken Porridge (7+ months)

Ingredients:

  • 3 tablespoons Dr. Annie Rice Soya Oats Dates Mix (or soft-cooked rice or oats)

  • 2 tablespoons shredded cooked chicken (well-cooked and finely mashed)

  • 1 small tomato (peeled, blended, or finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion

  • ½–1 cup water, broth, or breast milk (adjust for consistency)

  • A drop of vegetable oil or unsalted butter (optional)


👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Base:

    • If using Dr. Annie Mix: cook with water or broth until soft and creamy.

    • If using rice/oats: cook until very soft and mash if needed.

  2. Prepare the Tomato Sauce:

    • In a small pan, sauté onions and tomato in a drop of oil until soft and fragrant.

    • Add shredded chicken and simmer together for 2–3 minutes.

  3. Combine:

    • Stir the tomato-chicken sauce into the cooked porridge base.

    • Mix well and simmer together for 1–2 minutes for flavor blending.

  4. Cool & Serve:

    • Let it cool to a safe temperature and serve warm.
