🍅🎃 Tomato & Pumpkin Blend (6+ months)

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup pumpkin (peeled, diced, and boiled until soft)

  • 1 small tomato (peeled and blended or finely chopped)

  • 1 tsp finely chopped onion (optional)

  • 2–3 tablespoons water, broth, or breast milk (for blending)

  • A drop of vegetable oil or unsalted butter (optional)


👩🍳 Instructions:

  1. Cook the Veggies:

    • Boil pumpkin until soft.

    • In a separate pan, lightly sauté onion and tomato in a drop of oil until soft and fragrant.

  2. Blend Together:

    • Combine the cooked pumpkin and tomato mixture in a blender or mash by hand.

    • Add liquid to reach a smooth, baby-friendly purée consistency.

  3. Cool & Serve:

    • Allow to cool before serving warm.
