๐๐ Plantain & Chicken Finger Food (8 Months+)
Ingredients

ยฝ ripe plantain (not too soft, medium ripeness works best)

50g boneless chicken breast (skinless, cooked & shredded or minced)

1 small carrot (peeled, grated โ optional)

1 tbsp oats flour / wheat flour / millet flour (binder)

1 tsp olive oil or unsalted butter
Instructions

Cook plantain

Peel and cut plantain into chunks.

Steam or boil until soft, then mash into a smooth paste.

Prepare chicken

Cook chicken breast (boil or steam), shred or mince finely.

Mix ingredients

In a bowl, combine mashed plantain, chicken, and grated carrot.

Add oats/wheat flour to bind. Mix into a soft dough-like texture.

Shape & cook
-
Shape into small finger-sized sticks or patties.

Pan-fry lightly in olive oil (or bake at 180ยฐC for 15 minutes) until firm but still soft inside.

Cool & serve

Allow to cool slightly before serving to baby as finger food.
