🍗🌾 Chicken Oats Baby Stew (7m+)

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons oats (rolled or quick oats)

  • 2 tablespoons cooked boneless chicken (shredded or finely chopped)

  • 1/4 cup soft vegetables (carrots, zucchini, or spinach)

  • 1/2 cup water or unsalted chicken broth

  • A dash of garlic or onion powder (optional, for flavor)


Instructions:

  1. Cook oats and veggies
    In a saucepan, simmer oats and chopped veggies in water or broth for 5–7 minutes.

  2. Add chicken
    Stir in the shredded chicken and continue to simmer for 2–3 more minutes.

  3. Blend or mash
    Blend or mash to a suitable consistency based on your baby’s age.

  4. Cool & serve
    Let it cool before offering to baby.
