🍗🌾 Chicken Oats Baby Stew (7m+)
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons oats (rolled or quick oats)

2 tablespoons cooked boneless chicken (shredded or finely chopped)

1/4 cup soft vegetables (carrots, zucchini, or spinach)

1/2 cup water or unsalted chicken broth

A dash of garlic or onion powder (optional, for flavor)
Instructions:

Cook oats and veggies
In a saucepan, simmer oats and chopped veggies in water or broth for 5–7 minutes. -
Add chicken
Stir in the shredded chicken and continue to simmer for 2–3 more minutes. -
Blend or mash
Blend or mash to a suitable consistency based on your baby’s age. -
Cool & serve
Let it cool before offering to baby.
