Ingredients (Makes 6–8 small pieces)
-
100g boneless chicken breast (or thighs for softer texture)

1 teaspoon olive oil
Preparation Steps
1. Prepare the Chicken

Mince chicken in a food processor or chop very finely with a sharp knife.
2. Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix chicken, grated zucchini, carrot (if using), oat flour, egg yolk, and olive oil until a soft mixture forms.

With clean, slightly damp hands, shape the mixture into small oval or finger-shaped pieces about 5–6 cm long.
4. Cook Gently
