🥑🍠 Avocado & Zucchini Mix

Recommended Age: 6 months+

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado

  • 1/2 cup zucchini (peeled and chopped)

  • Breast milk, formula, or water (as needed)

Steps:

  1. Steam chopped zucchini for 8–10 minutes until very soft.

  2. Scoop out the avocado flesh.

  3. Blend or mash steamed zucchini and avocado together until smooth.

  4. Add liquid (breastmilk/formula/water) to reach desired consistency.

  5. Cool and serve fresh.
