Ingredients:

1/2 ripe avocado

1/2 cup zucchini (peeled and chopped)

Breast milk, formula, or water (as needed)
Steps:

Steam chopped zucchini for 8–10 minutes until very soft.

Scoop out the avocado flesh.

Blend or mash steamed zucchini and avocado together until smooth.

Add liquid (breastmilk/formula/water) to reach desired consistency.

Cool and serve fresh.
