🍠🥬 Yam Pottage with Veggies (9+ months)
Ingredients:

½ cup soft yam cubes (peeled and diced)

1 tablespoon finely chopped vegetables (e.g., spinach, carrots, or green beans)

1 tsp onion (minced)

1 small tomato (blended or chopped)

A drop of palm oil or unsalted butter (optional)

A splash of water or low-sodium chicken broth

Cook Yam and Veggies:

In a small pot, add yam cubes, tomato, onion, and enough water to cover.

Simmer on low heat until yam is soft (10–12 minutes).

Add the chopped veggies in the last 3–5 minutes of cooking.

Once soft, mash yam and veggies lightly together to desired texture.
