🫘🍲 Beans & Okra Porridge (9+ Months)
Ingredients:

2 tbsp cooked soft beans (e.g., cowpeas or black-eyed beans)

3–4 slices fresh okra (chopped)

1/4 small onion (finely chopped)

1/2 tsp palm oil (or vegetable oil)

1/4 cup soft cooked rice or mashed yam (optional for bulk)

Pinch of baby-safe seasoning (optional)
Instructions:

Steam or boil chopped okra and onion for 5–7 minutes until soft.

In a small pot, add cooked beans, soft rice/yam (if using), and the okra-onion mix.

Add a little water and simmer gently for 5 minutes.

Stir in palm oil and mash slightly for a baby-friendly consistency.

Let cool and serve warm.
