🍌🥣 Banana Oatmeal Purée (6m+)
Ingredients:

2 tablespoons oats (rolled or quick oats)

1/2 ripe banana

1/2 cup water or breast milk/formula (for cooking)
Instructions:

Cook the oats
In a small saucepan, simmer the oats in water or milk over low heat for about 5–7 minutes until soft and creamy. -
Add banana
Mash or slice in the banana once oats are cooked. -
Blend or mash
Blend the mixture until smooth, or mash with a fork for older babies who are ready for texture. -
Cool & Serve
Allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving.
