🍌🥣 Banana Oatmeal Purée (6m+)

 

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons oats (rolled or quick oats)

  • 1/2 ripe banana

  • 1/2 cup water or breast milk/formula (for cooking)


Instructions:

  1. Cook the oats
    In a small saucepan, simmer the oats in water or milk over low heat for about 5–7 minutes until soft and creamy.

  2. Add banana
    Mash or slice in the banana once oats are cooked.

  3. Blend or mash
    Blend the mixture until smooth, or mash with a fork for older babies who are ready for texture.

  4. Cool & Serve
    Allow to cool to a safe temperature before serving.
