🍗🌾 Chicken & Millet Purée (8 Months+)
Ingredients

2 tbsp millet (washed & soaked for 2–3 hrs if possible)

50g boneless chicken breast (skinless, finely chopped)

1 small carrot (peeled, diced)

½ small onion (optional, very finely chopped)

1 tsp olive oil or unsalted butter

1 cup water / low-sodium chicken stock / breastmilk formula (to adjust consistency)
Instructions

Cook millet
-
Add millet to a small saucepan with ½ cup water. Cook on low until soft (about 20 minutes).

Cook chicken & veggies

In another pot, heat oil. Add chicken (and onion if using) and sauté until no longer pink.

Add carrot and a little water; simmer until soft.

Combine & blend
-
Mix millet, chicken, and carrot together.

Blend into a smooth purée for 8–9 months.

At 10–12 months, mash lightly for a thicker texture with soft lumps.

Serve warm

Adjust thickness with breastmilk, formula, or stock.
