ππ Pumpkin & Fish Stew (7 Months +)
Ingredients (1β2 baby portions)

Β½ cup pumpkin, peeled and diced

2 tablespoons boneless white fish (such as tilapia, snapper, or cod β ensure all bones and skin are removed)
-
1 small potato, peeled and diced (optional for thickness)

ΒΎ cup water or homemade vegetable/fish stock (no salt)
-
1 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil
Preparation Steps
1. Cook Pumpkin & Potato

Add pumpkin and potato to a small pot with water/stock.

Simmer for 8β10 minutes until very soft.
2. Add Fish
-
Add the fish pieces and cook for 3β5 minutes until fully cooked and flaking easily.
3. Blend or Mash
-
Mash with a fork for a Stage 2 texture, or blend until smooth for Stage 1 weaning.

Add a little cooking liquid to adjust thickness.
4. Add Healthy Fats
-
Stir in olive oil before serving.
Storage

Refrigerate for up to 24 hours.

Freeze in baby food cubes for up to 1 month.
