Ingredients:

½ cup boiled pumpkin (peeled and diced)

1 small handful fresh spinach leaves (washed and chopped)

2–3 tablespoons breast milk, formula, or water (to blend)

½ teaspoon unsalted butter or vegetable oil (optional)

Cook the Pumpkin:

Boil diced pumpkin until soft (about 10–12 minutes).

Drain and let it cool slightly.

Steam the Spinach:

Lightly steam the spinach for 1–2 minutes until wilted to preserve nutrients.

Blend Together:

Combine pumpkin and spinach in a blender or mash by hand.

Add liquid gradually to achieve a smooth, creamy consistency.

Add a drop of butter or oil for richness (optional).
