🐟🍠 Fish & Sweet Potato Mash (7 Months +)
Ingredients (1–2 baby portions)

½ cup sweet potato, peeled and diced

2 tablespoons boneless white fish (tilapia, sole, snapper, or cod — ensure bones and skin are fully removed)

¾ cup water or homemade fish/vegetable stock (no salt)

1 teaspoon olive oil or vegetable oil
Preparation Steps
1. Cook the Sweet Potato
-
In a small saucepan, add sweet potato and water/stock.
-
Simmer over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until very soft.
2. Add the Fish
-
Add fish pieces to the pot and cook for another 3–5 minutes until the fish is opaque and flakes easily.
3. Mash or Blend
-
Drain most of the cooking liquid (reserve a little for texture).
-
Mash well with a fork for a thicker Stage 2 texture, or blend for a smooth Stage 1 purée.

Add back a little cooking liquid if too thick.
4. Add Healthy Fats
-
Stir in olive oil for extra creaminess and brain-boosting fats.
Storage

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 24 hours.

Freeze in baby meal cubes for up to 1 month.
