    Here are the simple baby-friendly recipes for each of the 4 Apple Puree Combinations  (suitable for 6 months+)

     


    🥕 1. Apple + Carrot Puree

    Ingredients:

    • 1 medium apple (peeled, cored, and diced)

    • 1 small carrot (peeled and chopped)

    Instructions:

    1. Steam or boil apple and carrot for 10–12 minutes until soft.

    2. Blend with a little water, breastmilk, or formula to a smooth consistency.

    3. Cool before serving.


    🍐 2. Apple + Pear & Blueberries Puree

    Ingredients:

    • 1 medium apple (peeled, cored, and diced)

    • 1/2 ripe pear (peeled and chopped)

    • 3–4 blueberries (washed)

    Instructions:

    1. Steam apple and pear for 8–10 minutes.

    2. Add blueberries for the last 2 minutes of steaming.

    3. Blend all together with a bit of water or breastmilk until smooth.

    4. Cool and serve.


    🍌 3. Apple + Banana Puree

    Ingredients:

    • 1 medium apple (peeled, cored, and diced)

    • 1/2 ripe banana

    Instructions:

    1. Steam apple for 8–10 minutes until soft.

    2. Blend apple and banana together until smooth.

    3. Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.


    🍠 4. Apple + Sweet Potato Puree

    Ingredients:

    • 1 medium apple (peeled, cored, and diced)

    • 1/2 cup sweet potato (peeled and chopped)

    Instructions:

    1. Steam or boil apple and sweet potato together for 12–15 minutes until soft.

    2. Blend with a bit of water, breastmilk, or formula to desired texture.

    3. Cool and serve.
