Here are the simple baby-friendly recipes for each of the 4 Apple Puree Combinations (suitable for 6 months+)
🥕 1. Apple + Carrot Puree
Ingredients:

1 medium apple (peeled, cored, and diced)

1 small carrot (peeled and chopped)
Instructions:

Steam or boil apple and carrot for 10–12 minutes until soft.

Blend with a little water, breastmilk, or formula to a smooth consistency.

Cool before serving.
🍐 2. Apple + Pear & Blueberries Puree
Ingredients:

1 medium apple (peeled, cored, and diced)
-
1/2 ripe pear (peeled and chopped)

3–4 blueberries (washed)
Instructions:

Steam apple and pear for 8–10 minutes.

Add blueberries for the last 2 minutes of steaming.

Blend all together with a bit of water or breastmilk until smooth.

🍌 3. Apple + Banana Puree
Ingredients:

1/2 ripe banana
