🥑🥩 Avocado & Beef Stew (Baby-Friendly)
Ingredients:

100g lean beef (minced or finely chopped)

½ medium ripe avocado (mashed)

1 small potato (peeled, diced)

1 carrot (peeled, diced)
-
1 small tomato (peeled, deseeded, diced)
-
½ small onion (optional, finely chopped for toddlers)

1 tsp olive oil (or unsalted butter)

1 cup low-sodium beef or vegetable stock (or water)
Instructions:

Prepare the base

Heat olive oil in a small saucepan. Add onion (if using) and lightly sauté until soft.

Cook the beef

Add the minced beef and stir until browned.

Add veggies

Mix in potatoes, carrots, and tomato. Stir well.

Simmer

Pour in stock or water. Cover and cook on low heat for 25–30 minutes until beef and veggies are tender.

Blend or mash

For younger babies (9–12 months), blend into a smooth puree.

For toddlers (12+ months), lightly mash or serve as soft chunky stew.

Add avocado

Just before serving, mash the ripe avocado and stir it into the warm stew.
