🥚🥔 Egg Yolk Potato Purée (7m+)
Ingredients:

1 small potato (peeled and diced)

1 hard-boiled egg yolk

2–3 tablespoons breast milk, formula, or warm water
Instructions:

Boil the potato
Cook diced potato in water until very soft (about 10–12 minutes). Drain. -
Boil the egg
Hard-boil an egg (10–12 minutes), then remove the yolk. Discard the egg white. -
Mash together
Combine the soft potato and egg yolk. Mash until smooth, adding liquid gradually to reach desired consistency. -
Cool & serve
Let the purée cool before feeding.
