🥚🥔 Egg Yolk Potato Purée (7m+)

Ingredients:

  • 1 small potato (peeled and diced)

  • 1 hard-boiled egg yolk

  • 2–3 tablespoons breast milk, formula, or warm water


Instructions:

  1. Boil the potato
    Cook diced potato in water until very soft (about 10–12 minutes). Drain.

  2. Boil the egg
    Hard-boil an egg (10–12 minutes), then remove the yolk. Discard the egg white.

  3. Mash together
    Combine the soft potato and egg yolk. Mash until smooth, adding liquid gradually to reach desired consistency.

  4. Cool & serve
    Let the purée cool before feeding.
