Ingredients:

1/4 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, broccoli)

2 tablespoons cooked boneless fish (e.g., tilapia or salmon)

A little water, breast milk, or formula (optional, for mashing)
Instructions:

Steam or boil
Cook the potato and mixed vegetables together for 10–12 minutes until tender. -
Add cooked fish
Add flaked, boneless cooked fish to the mix. -
Mash or blend
Mash all ingredients together until smooth or blend for a finer texture. Add liquid to adjust consistency. -
Cool & serve
Let the mash cool before feeding.
