🥔🥦 Potato Vegetable Fish Mash (7m+)

Ingredients:

  • 1 small potato (peeled and diced)

  • 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (e.g., carrots, peas, broccoli)

  • 2 tablespoons cooked boneless fish (e.g., tilapia or salmon)

  • A little water, breast milk, or formula (optional, for mashing)


Instructions:

  1. Steam or boil
    Cook the potato and mixed vegetables together for 10–12 minutes until tender.

  2. Add cooked fish
    Add flaked, boneless cooked fish to the mix.

  3. Mash or blend
    Mash all ingredients together until smooth or blend for a finer texture. Add liquid to adjust consistency.

  4. Cool & serve
    Let the mash cool before feeding.
