          * It's high in magnesium and fibre, both of which help control blood sugar levels.

 

Pumpkin: * is rich in vitamin A(-426 μg per 100g). which supports healthy eyesight and immune function in babies. It also provides vitamin C (-9 mg) and potassium (-340 mg), aiding immunity and heart health. With iron (-0.8 mg ) and fibre, pumpkin supports blood health and digestion. Its soft texture makes it ideal for weaning and easy to digest. 

Carrot: * Carrots are rich in vitamin A (-835 μg per 100g), which supports healthy vision and immune function in babies. They also provide vitamin K (-13.2pg) and potassium( -320 mg). aiding blood clotting and muscle function. With vitamin C ( -5.9 mg) and fibre, carrots help boost immunity and improve digestion.
